Bible Release TimeWELCOME ! The 2009-2010 Ider Elementary school year is off to a great start and we have already seen a tremendous response to Bible Release Classes at Ider Baptist Church. For those of you who have already registered, thank you!! For those who have not, today is the day! WHAT IS BIBLE RELEASE TIME? Bible Release Time is a ministry of the Ponderosa Bible Camp which allows for children to be released from Physical Education class once each week to attend Bible classes at sponsoring churches. Ider Baptist is proud to sponsor the Release Time for Ider Elementary School. WHAT DOES MY CHILD DO IN BRT? The Bible classes are fun and interactive! The kids sing exciting Christian songs, hear Bible truths, and play review games to reinforce what they have learned. They also bring home Bible verses to be memorized. Kids who attend and complete different tasks are given points. These points accumulate for great rewards. HOW DO I REGISTER? Click the "Bible Release Registration" icon to register on-line. You may also request a registration card from your child's teacher to be filled out and returned. HOW CAN I SUPPORT DeKalb County RELEASE TIME? 1. Pray for the program. Pray that young lives will be touched by the love of Jesus. 2. Give to the program. Bible Release is made possible through tax-deductible contributions of churches, individuals, and businesses who desire to see young people come to know Christ.
